Account information: Name, email address, and role when you register.

Business data: Customer records, job logs, property details, lead information, and canvassing session data you create within the platform.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and device/browser information.

Payment information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details on our servers.

Communications: Emails you send us and support tickets.

• To send transactional emails (receipts, trial notices, account alerts)
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your business data for advertising purposes.

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Base44 — our infrastructure provider for hosting and database services
• OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — for address geocoding (addresses are sent to perform map lookups)
• Law enforcement — when required by law or to protect rights and safety

All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel or your account is terminated, we retain data for 30 days before deletion, allowing time for export. Billing records may be retained longer to comply with legal requirements.
