Yes. Most operators move over during the 14-day trial by adding their properties and recurring schedules while they finish the season on their old tool. There is no setup fee and no onboarding contract.

Do I have to use a specific payment processor with ServicePros?

No. ServicePros does not force you into a payment processor or take a cut of your customer payments. Your own subscription is billed through Stripe, and we never store card numbers.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

Yes. A card is required to begin the 14-day trial. You are not charged for 14 days, and you can cancel in one click from your Billing page before the trial ends.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payments are processed by Stripe and card numbers are never stored. Each account's data is isolated so no other customer can reach yours.

How many users are included?

Every plan includes two users, typically an admin plus one crew or sales member. Add more team members for $10 per month per seat.
